Shipping and Returns


Barons Jewelers currently ships to United States addresses only – no PO, APO, FPO, DPO box addresses. All shipments require a signature at the time of delivery. Shipping addresses must be on file with the purchaser’s credit card company and are subject to verification by phone or other means. Transactions with shipping addresses that cannot be verified will be declined or cancelled.

In-Stock & Special Order Items

“In-Stock” items ship within 2 business days. These items are currently available in a Barons Jewelers facility. All items not “In-Stock” (as listed on the Site or based on availability at the time of ordering) are considered Special Order items. Special Order items are ordered directly from the manufacturer. Manufacturer shipping times vary from 2 to 5 weeks. Barons Jewelers will ship Special Order items within 2 business days of receipt from the manufacturer. Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS : Online purchases of IN-STOCK items, items that require customization, and items requiring SPECIAL ORDER may be cancelled ONLY within 24 hours of the online transaction. All sales are considered final after that time. If Overnight Shipping is requested, the order is not eligible for cancellation.

REFUNDS OF ONLINE ORDERS : BARONS Jewelers offers its ONLINE CUSTOMERS a 15 day return or exchange policy on all IN-STOCK products EXCEPT for designer engagement rings, designer wedding bands, and customized items including jewelry that has been modified in any way. ANY ITEM THAT REQUIRES A SPECIAL ORDER, INCLUDING ALL DESIGNER ENGAGEMENT RINGS, DESIGNER WEDDING BANDS, DESIGNER JEWELRY, WATCHES, AND ANY CUSTOM OR CUSTOMIZED PIECE, IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE . Designer brands include, but are NOT LIMITED TO, Tacori, A.Jaffe, Simon G., Michael M., Mark Schneider Designs, Coast Diamond, Lazare, ArtCarved, Yael Designs, CrownRing, Lashbrook, Bellarri, Yael Designs, Diana, Triton, Carl F. Bucherer, Raymond Weil, Bulova, Michele, Luminox, and Seiko.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible to address the situation. If a return is authorized, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be provided for inclusion on the return packaging. The RA# must be clearly identified on the return label. Items eligible for return or exchange must be in their original condition with original packaging and no signs of wear.

The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping charges . Once the item is received and evaluated for condition, we will continue to process the return or exchange.
