CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS : Online purchases of IN-STOCK items, items that require customization, and items requiring SPECIAL ORDER may be cancelled ONLY within 24 hours of the online transaction. All sales are considered final after that time. If Overnight Shipping is requested, the order is not eligible for cancellation.
REFUNDS OF ONLINE ORDERS : BARONS Jewelers offers its ONLINE CUSTOMERS a 15 day return or exchange policy on all IN-STOCK products under $5,000 in value EXCEPT for designer engagement rings, designer wedding bands, and customized items including jewelry that has been modified in any way. ANY ITEM THAT REQUIRES A SPECIAL ORDER, INCLUDING ALL DESIGNER ENGAGEMENT RINGS, DESIGNER WEDDING BANDS, DESIGNER JEWELRY, WATCHES, AND ANY CUSTOM OR CUSTOMIZED PIECE, IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Designer brands include, but are NOT LIMITED TO, Tacori, A.Jaffe, Simon G., Michael M., Mark Schneider Designs, Coast Diamond, Lazare, ArtCarved, Yael Designs, CrownRing, Diana, Triton, Carl F. Bucherer, Raymond Weil, Seiko, Bulova, Michele, and Luminox. ANY ITEM WITH A VALUE ABOVE $5,000 IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
Shipping charges are not refundable. BARONS Jewelers reserves the right to apply a 5% restocking fee on any item accepted for return.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible to address the situation. If a return is authorized, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be provided for inclusion on the return packaging. The RA# must be clearly identified on the return label. Items eligible for return or exchange must be in their original condition with original packaging and no signs of wear.
The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping charges . Once the item is received and evaluated for condition, we will continue to process the return or exchange.
