Tip #1: Ask Her!
Let's start with probably the simplest way to determine your future bride's ring size, just ask her!
While this may seem overly-simplistic, it is clearly the best way to find out exactly what size ring she wears. Now this doesn't mean that you have to reveal your big secret. You can take this step early in the relationship, long before you consider proposing and write down her size somewhere that you'll remember to look later. If you are already deep into a relationship, it may be a bit more awkward asking the question. Tip #2: Enlist Help!
