Welcome to https://www.baronsjewelers.com. The https://www.baronsjewelers.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Barons Jewelers Inc. & Barons Holding Company Inc. ("Barons Jewelers"), DBA BARONS. https://www.baronsjewelers.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of https://www.baronsjewelers.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

Barons Jewelers is a full-service jewelry store located in the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in designer and custom engagement rings, wedding bands, fine jewelry, and watches. Barons Jewelers is an authorized retailer for today's leading jewelry and watch designers with on-site design, customization, repair, and appraisal services.

Product Availability & Pricing

All products are subject to changes in pricing and availability. BARONS Jewelers reserves the right to make adjustments to prices, specifications, and quantities due to typographical, photographic, or other errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, current availability, and jewelry sizing. All product information including prices are subject to change and correction without notice. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices.

In-Stock & Special Order Items

“In-Stock” items ship within 2 business days. These items are currently available in a Barons Jewelers facility. All items not “In-Stock” (as listed on the Site or based on availability at the time of ordering) are considered Special Order items. Special Order items are ordered directly from the manufacturer. Manufacturer shipping times vary from 2 to 5 weeks. Barons Jewelers will ship Special Order items within 2 business days of receipt from the manufacturer. Shipping

Barons Jewelers currently ships to United States addresses only – no PO, APO, FPO, DPO box addresses. All shipments require a signature at the time of delivery. Shipping addresses must be on file with the purchaser’s credit card company and are subject to verification by phone or other means. Transactions with shipping addresses that cannot be verified will be declined or cancelled.

Comparison Purchasing

Barons Jewelers does not allow comparison purchasing (purchasing more than one item with the intent of keeping only one of the items). Please refer to the Cancellation/Refund Policy.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS : Online purchases of IN-STOCK items, items that require customization, and items requiring SPECIAL ORDER may be cancelled ONLY within 24 hours of the online transaction. All sales are considered final after that time. If Overnight Shipping is requested, the order is not eligible for cancellation.

REFUNDS OF ONLINE ORDERS : BARONS Jewelers offers its ONLINE CUSTOMERS a 15 day return or exchange policy on all IN-STOCK products EXCEPT for designer engagement rings, designer wedding bands, and customized items including jewelry that has been modified in any way. ANY ITEM THAT REQUIRES A SPECIAL ORDER, INCLUDING ALL DESIGNER ENGAGEMENT RINGS, DESIGNER WEDDING BANDS, DESIGNER JEWELRY, WATCHES, AND ANY CUSTOM OR CUSTOMIZED PIECE, IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE . Designer brands include, but are NOT LIMITED TO, Tacori, A.Jaffe, Simon G., Michael M., Mark Schneider Designs, Coast Diamond, Lazare, ArtCarved, Yael Designs, CrownRing, Diana, Triton, Carl F. Bucherer, Raymond Weil, Bulova, Michele, and Luminox.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible to address the situation. If a return is authorized, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be provided for inclusion on the return packaging. The RA# must be clearly identified on the return label. Items eligible for return or exchange must be in their original condition with original packaging and no signs of wear.

The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping charges . Once the item is received and evaluated for condition, we will continue to process the return or exchange.

In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.

Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH'S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Barons Jewelers agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
